Kevin Mathis

Vice President, Operations

As Vice President, Operations for The HON Company, Kevin Mathis is responsible for overseeing all company operations including production, quality, procurement and continuous improvement at HON’s eight production facilities.

Mathis joined HON in November 1994 and has held several positions, including Vice President, Seating; Vice President, Metal Casegoods and Plant Manager. Prior to joining The HON Company, he served in a number of manufacturing positions with Danaher Corporation, Sauer-Sundstrand and White Consolidated Industries.

Mathis holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University. He also completed the Executive Program at the University of Michigan and serves on Iowa State University’s Engineering College Industrial Advisory Council.
