Tim Heth

Vice President, Member and Community Relations

Tim Heth was named Vice President, Member and Community Relations at The HON Company in April 2007. Heth brings 14 years of human resources experience to the position.

Heth joined HNI Corporation in 1994 and has held numerous positions within the human resources department. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Member and Community Relations for Allsteel Inc., and prior to that was Group Manager, Member and Community Relations for Gunlocke.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Western Illinois University. He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and was awarded the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources in 2001.
