With our quick delivery program, HON Express, we give you the very best in office furniture and we give it to you fast! Upon acceptance of your order, we will ship furniture in five (5) business days from the factory.

HON Express Order Shipment

• All HON Express Program orders ship in five (5) business days or less from acceptance of order.
• The five (5) day clock does not start until the order is released from hold (Bid Pricing, COM, credit specials, incomplete order information, etc.).
• Five (5) business days does not include weekends, national holidays or HON Company holidays.
• HON Express orders will ship from the producing location. The HON Company reserves the right to choose the carrier and routing.

HON Express Order Placement

• All HON Express orders must be faxed to 800-248-2024 or sent via EDI to The HON Company.
• Faxed orders must be received by 3:00 p.m. CST to be accepted that day.
• EDI orders must be submitted by 1:00 p.m. CST to be accepted that day.
• Orders must clearly state HON Express Order.
• No minimum order.
• Orders must include only HON Express product (non-Express product will cause order to be returned to customer).
• HON Express orders must include deliverable address (number, street, city, state, 5-or 6 digit postal code) within the contiguous 48 United States, Hawaii and Canada with valid point-of-contact name and phone number.
• HON Express Initiate and 38000 Series* Stack-on Storage and Doors, Flagship Storage, and Chairs can be placed on the same Purchase Order.
• HON Express orders can be grouped (upon request) with other Express orders per production location to meet free shipping thresholds (orders must be accepted the same day).
• HON Express orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Additional HON Express Program Information

• HON Express orders will be subject to an upcharge. Please contact your HON Customer Service for pricing information.
• All HON Express orders are eligible for bid pricing.
• HON Express orders are not eligible for Showroom Display Product Program or Customer’s Own Use Program.
• If HON Express orders do not ship in five (5) business days or less from day of acceptance, The HON Company will waive the upcharge.
• All other terms and conditions apply.
• The HON Company reserves the right to change program details, product pricing and offerings without notice.

*Eligible 38000 Series product limited to Stack-ons, Flipper Doors (excluding fabric-covered), Mounting Brackets, Conversion Kits, Tackboards, Additional Shelves and Shelf Dividers.

NOTE: Normal freight terms apply to all HON Express orders.
