Q: Why do I need to submit the HON product Work Order forms?
A: The forms are designed to help you think of every detail you need to specify your project for your customer. It also helps us identify quickly and specifically what you are wanting us to specify. This helps us to keep our project timelines short and easy for us to return your completed project back to you in the fastest time possible.


Q: How long will it take to get my project back?
A: When we receive a project, we will promptly respond to your request and give you a date that you can expect your project, but typically, our turn around time on average, is one day. Larger projects can take up to three days. Be sure to complete all the necessary forms. The clearer, most complete information you give us, the faster and more accurately we can work.


Q: How do I submit a request?
