Custom Warranty Exclusion
If the Company agrees to use the Smart Textiles program on HON brand products:

• The Company shall have no responsibility for the condition, quality, value, performance, physical properties, or any
  other aspect of the Smart Textile.
• The Company shall have no liability for any damages, injuries, or losses to the customer or to any third party that shall be
  caused by any Smart Textile, and the customer shall hold the Company harmless for all liability.
