HON HONORS Incentive Program Recognized

HON HONORS INCENTIVE PROGRAM RECOGNIZED IN ANNUAL LOYALTY MARKETING AWARDS

St Louis (June 23, 2015) – It’s rare when a channel sales program can compete at an event for loyalty marketers and even more unique when it’s recognized among the best. At the 2015 Loyalty360 awards, The HON Company, a leading designer and manufacturer of workplace furniture, received recognition in two categories. Its channel sales incentive program, HON HONORS received two Silver Awards for Best Customer Insight and Best Creative Communication Campaign.

HON was one of a handful of channel sales programs recognized at the traditional event for loyalty marketers, but when it comes to loyalty strategy for either B2B or B2C—many of the same rules apply. According to Stacy DeLong, director of loyalty and dealer programs for The HON Company, “We work extremely hard to deliver the best customer experience for our participants, and to have a channel program stick out in the minds of the judges, and in comparison to some very notable consumer loyalty programs – is amazing.”

DeLong admits they pay attention to what works in consumer loyalty programs, saying, “Although we are primarily a B2B focused channel program, there are such great things being done on the B2C side, we would be missing a big opportunity by not infusing some of their successes and making it applicable for our channel program.”
