Orders may be placed one of two ways*:
1. Orders can be made out to HON, c/o of authorized HON - MHEC Servicing Dealer.

2. Orders can be made out to select Servicing Dealers

Please note: MHEC is a nonprofit purchasing consortium established in 1977. MHEC members include non-profit public and private institutions of higher education, technical, charter and vocational schools, municipalities including elementary and secondary schools, preparatory schools, and educational non-profit organizations located within the New England region. For complete member listing, see attached list of participating school districts. Eligible MHEC End Users.

The State of Connecticut DAS contract #25PSX0057 has leveraged the MHEC contract via a piggyback agreement, with all pricing, discounts, and product availability aligned with those of the MHEC contract. HON will accept purchasing cards.

Servicing Dealers will assist with price quotes, specifying product, design and color selections, delivery, installation, and warranty.

Services include product specifications, pricing, locating nearest Servicing Dealer, etc. All orders under this contract must be processed by Government Customer Service (not Commercial Customer Service.)

Specifying Information
Specifying information is located throughout the Price List. Paint, laminate, and fabric pictures are located in the HON color catalog. Actual samples are available by contacting your Servicing Dealer.

Payment Terms
Payment terms are net 45 days, from date of acceptance.

Government Credit Cards
Purchasing cards are accepted. Written confirmation and authorized signature are required. Agencies may verbally provide card information, but products shall be confirmed in writing. Use of credit cards shall be at time of order placement, with cards charged at time of shipment.

Delivery Time
Delivery shall be 60 days After Receipt of Order (ARO) or sooner. Complete and concise orders shall be accorded standard HON lead times. Contact your Servicing Dealer or HON Government Customer Service for standard lead times.
