At Whitney, a 37-year-old commercial interiors architectural and design studio based in Chicago, our goal is to explore the experience of work to allow for a more meaningful workplace design. We welcome diverse perspectives and unconventional points of view. Working with HON on their virtual showroom, the concept was to create a kinetic and innovative hybrid office that empowers individuals to make decisions about where, when, and how to work. The design, built to improve people’s lives, showcases clean, simple lines infused with biophilic elements, warm colors & textures, and unique acoustical solutions.
