HON Laminate surfaces are durable and easy to maintain when cared for properly. For everyday cleaning, use a solution of vinegar and water on a clean, lint-free microfiber cloth to gently remove dust. Always dry the surface completely to avoid staining or warping, and avoid cleaners containing bleach, wax, or oils. 

For spot cleaning, apply a mild soap-and-water solution or Windex to a microfiber cloth and rub marks gently in the direction of the grain (or in a circular motion if no grain is present). For stubborn marks, a white ink eraser can be used, followed by regular cleaning. 

To protect your laminate, avoid using hard-bristle brushes, sliding objects across surfaces, and always use coasters to prevent liquid stains. 

For disinfecting, mix mild detergent (like dish soap) with water in a spray bottle, apply to the surface for 30 seconds up to 2 minutes, and then wipe thoroughly with a clean cloth and warm water. Do not leave cleaning solutions on the surface longer than recommended, as this may cause discoloration.
