Chicago, IL. June 9, 2025 — HON has expanded its Customer’s Own Material (COM) program with an enhanced partner offering and streamlined, user-friendly features that enable specifiers to easily apply their own vision to HON products.

A wider selection of textiles now includes all colorways of popular patterns from leading textile suppliers, including: Anzea, Arc-Com, Architex, Camira, Carnegie, CF Stinson, Designtex, Knoll Textiles, Kvadrat, Luna Textiles, Luum, Maharam, Mayer Fabrics, Momentum Textiles & Wallcovering, and Ultrafabrics. With each color now pre-coded, graded, and approved for COM use, HON has simplified the process for specifiers to support straightforward customization.

HON has also updated its COM user experience. The HON website now includes thorough COM textile information and will be continuously updated as new textiles are introduced and approved. For an even better design experience, specifiers can now render HON furniture with their COM selection for an enhanced realistic visualization— an uncommon benefit among contract furnishings manufacturers.

A range of options will be on display at HON Workspace Chicago, June 9-11, 2025 for Chicago Design Week.  Learn more a hon.com/chicago.
