Orders & Eligibility

1. This contract is available for use by members of GovMVMT Purchasing Cooperative
2. Orders must be made out to the Authorized Dealer
3. Only authorized Servicing Dealers shall promote, sell and service this agreement. Servicing Dealers provide many additional services such as space design, price quoting, delivery, installation, and customer service.

Payment Terms

1. Payment terms are net 30 days, from date of acceptance.

Delivery

1. Dropship Delivery – Two Options Available:
   •    All deliveries shall be delivered to the warehouse and/or site. The participating Public Agency is responsible for unloading. 
   •    Dealer shall quote and offer available Services (Installation, Reconfiguration, Design, etc).
