Orders & Eligibility

1. This contract is available for use by members of GOVMVMT Purchasing Cooperative
2. Orders must be made out to the Authorized Dealer
3. Only authorized Servicing Dealers shall promote, sell and service this agreement. Servicing Dealers provide many additional services such as space design, price quoting, delivery, installation, and customer service.

Payment Terms

1. Payment terms are net 30 days, from date of acceptance.

Delivery

1. Dropship (Tailgate) Delivery: All deliveries shall be delivered to the warehouse and/or site. Participating Public Agency is responsible for unloading.
2. Inside Delivery: All deliveries shall be delivered to the site and unloaded. The Offeror is responsible for unloading.
3. Delivered and Installed (Assembly): All deliveries shall include inside delivery, uncrating assembly, set-up, removal of debris from premises, assembly instructions, and the bill of materials per the Participating Public Agency’s approved plan and specifications.
