Vogel Bros. Building Co., an award-winning, fifth-generation construction services company with headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin, had been in the same building for 39 years. When their landlord decided to sell, Vogel Bros. embarked on a new building project – and an opportunity to start from scratch. After almost 4 decades, it was time for a fresh, new look. The goal was to create an environment that not only showcases their craftsmanship in the construction business, but that also provides a collaborative, warm and refreshing environment where employees can do their best work.
