The 3,700-square-foot space, furnished by HON, is a collaboration with CP Group, the largest private commercial real estate owner in Atlanta. By joining forces, these two industry leaders demonstrate the impact of purposeful, well-executed design in the modern workplace.
The partnership between HON and CP Group was sparked through CREW Atlanta — an organization dedicated to advancing women in commercial real estate. Stacy Robinson, Business Development Manager – Southeast for The HON Company, and Jennifer Lane, Sr. Property Manager at CP Group, both active members, saw an opportunity to collaborate on a project that would not only showcase HON’s workplace solutions but also develop a template for a dynamic, move-in-ready office environment within a CP Group-owned property.

Upon entering the spec suite, visitors are immediately greeted by HON’s West Hill™ sectional, setting the tone for the warmth that permeates the space. To the right, HON’s Mav™ high-back chair offers a comfortable yet sophisticated seating solution, while the reception area sets the stage for a professional and inviting atmosphere. Another highlight is the large, elegant Preside® conference table framed by panoramic views of Atlanta, creating a bright and inspiring work environment. Additionally, the space incorporates a dynamic blend of HON product lines including SoCo™, 10500 Series™, Abound®, and Nucleus®, strategically curated to illustrate how businesses can personalize their furniture selection to suit their specific needs.
While the majority of spec suites feature "showroom-style" setups, the HON Workspace flows seamlessly, introducing a cohesive, real-world example of an office experience. “We wanted people to walk into this space and think, ‘This is a place where I can work,” says Stacy Robinson of The HON Company.
The project brought together trusted partners, including CSF Signs, which created custom signage, and Baker Audio Visual, which installed cutting-edge AV solutions. These elements come together to ensure a seamless and inspiring visitor experience.
The project also earned CREW Atlanta’s prestigious 2024 Best Deal of the Year award, which recognizes the innovative approach and successful collaboration between HON and CP Group in creating a model of a workspace that redefines contemporary office design.
